Audrey Schnell, Ph.D. – Statistical Consultant
Audrey is one of our statistical consultants. She has particular expertise in biostatistics, including Inter Rater Reliability, Case control studies, and linear models. She uses SAS and SPSS.
Audrey has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. In a career move from clinical psychology to research in dementia she realized her love for research and, in particular, data analysis. As the field of genetic epidemiology and statistical genetics blossomed, Audrey moved into this emerging field and worked on a wide variety of common diseases believed to have a strong genetic component including hypertension, diabetes and psychiatric disorders. She helped develop software to analyze genetic data and taught classes in the US and Europe.
Audrey has worked for a number of different institutions including Case Western Reserve University, Cedars-Sinai, University of California at San Francisco and Johns Hopkins as well as for a time in Industry. For the last several years, a portion of her work involves analyzing complicated cardiovascular imaging data with an emphasis on repeated measures analysis.
Consulting brings together her two passions- research and helping people.

Jeff Meyer is a statistical consultant, instructor and writer for the Analysis Factor.
Tanya Havell – Workshop Coordinator
Tanya coordinates our online workshops. She is also one of our live webinar moderators.
She worked for 14 years at American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois before moving to Ithaca, NY in 2005 to raise her family.
Paige Chant – Client Engagement and Communications Coordinator
Paige is the friendly face behind our Statistically Speaking (formerly Data Analysis Brown Bag) membership program. She also manages client outreach, member engagement, and communications here at TAF.
Paige earned her B.A. in English from Santa Clara University and her M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Washington, a degree combo that makes her a communications ninja in the secret superhero world of small business. She believes in making the superpower of data analysis available for all, which makes The Analysis Factor pretty much the perfect fit for her (and for you).
Kerry Demarest – Office Manager, Accounting and HR
Kerry manages the office and handles some of the nuts and bolts of running our business including human resources, accounting/bookkeeping, and helping to maintain our systems, policies and procedures.
As an intrapenuer, Kerry has been managing small businesses and helping local companies since graduating from Ithaca College in 2002. She most enjoys helping businesses manage their change and growth. Kerry received her B.A. in Sociology – a field of study that she would recommend to anyone interested in small business management, because she believes that understanding how people and institutions think and work together is key to finding sustainable solutions to the problems that come with running a company.
Angee Robertson – Online Systems and Consulting Coordinator
Angee is The Analysis Factor’s consulting coordinator. She helps with customer service and payments and keeps projects organized for our individual consulting clients. She helps clients with everything from contracts, billing, and setting up appointments.
She manages our many web sites, our newsletter, and does much of the back-end support for our online workshops.
Angee is a graduate of AssistU virtual assistance training program and principle of Sheic Support, products and services to help small business owners face the challenges of maintaining a service based business.
Angee has ten years of experience in the administrative and customer service areas. She has provided support in areas such as contact management, client follow-up, on-line registration, desktop publishing, e-zine development and web site design/maintenance just to name a few.
Mike Grace-Martin, Customer Support and Tech Guru
Mike is the person you’ll usually get if you contact our support. He keeps all our websites and videos running smoothly and is the one who sorts things out if there are any hiccups.
Mike has over 20 years experience in web site usability, creation, and programming. He has served in various capacities to create and support great web sites for The Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary, eCornell, and Cornell University, among others.
He holds a masters in Cognitive Psychology, with an emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction.
