Audrey Schnell, PhD – Statistical Consultant
Audrey is one of our statistical consultants. She has particular expertise in biostatistics, including Inter Rater Reliability, Case control studies, and linear models. She uses SAS and SPSS.
Audrey has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. In a career move from clinical psychology to research in dementia she realized her love for research and, in particular, data analysis. As the field of genetic epidemiology and statistical genetics blossomed, Audrey moved into this emerging field and worked on a wide variety of common diseases believed to have a strong genetic component including hypertension, diabetes and psychiatric disorders. She helped develop software to analyze genetic data and taught classes in the US and Europe.
Audrey has worked for a number of different institutions including Case Western Reserve University, Cedars-Sinai, University of California at San Francisco and Johns Hopkins as well as for a time in Industry. For the last several years, a portion of her work involves analyzing complicated cardiovascular imaging data with an emphasis on repeated measures analysis.
Consulting brings together her two passions — research and helping people.

Jeff Meyer is a statistical consultant, instructor and writer for the Analysis Factor.
Christos Giannoulis, PhD – Statistical Consultant
With more than fourteen years of experience as a data scientist, Dr. Christos Giannoulis has developed statistical analyses that convert data into insights.
Christos has extensive experience with advanced exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analyses using a combination of graphical user interface software (e.g., SPSS modeler, Jmp, Statistica, and Stata) as well as programming languages (e.g., R and Python) on desktop and cloud environments. He has authored and co-authored 5 reports, published more than 30 papers using statistical analysis, and presented at conferences in North America and Europe.
He strives to advance statistical analyses from correlation to causation analyses using Frequentist and Bayesian methods.
Christos’s background in education, statistics, assessment, and evaluation—along with his practical experience in applied data science—have given him an excellent foundation as a statistical consultant and mentor. His goal is to support the efficiency and effectiveness of your projects through exceptional statistical analysis and useable results.
Paige Chant – Client Engagement and Communications Coordinator
Paige is the friendly face behind our Statistically Speaking membership program. She also manages our member engagement, client outreach, and consulting services here at TAF.
Paige earned her B.A. in English from Santa Clara University and her M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Washington.
Kerry Demarest – Office Manager, Accounting and HR
Kerry manages the office and handles some of the nuts and bolts of running our business including human resources, accounting/bookkeeping, and helping to maintain our systems, policies and procedures.
As an intraprenuer, Kerry has been managing small businesses and helping local companies since graduating from Ithaca College in 2002. She most enjoys helping businesses manage their change and growth. Kerry received her B.A. in Sociology – a field of study that she would recommend to anyone interested in small business management, because she believes that understanding how people and institutions think and work together is key to finding sustainable solutions to the problems that come with running a company.
Mike Grace-Martin, Customer Support and Tech Guru
Mike is the person you’ll usually get if you contact our support. He keeps all our websites and videos running smoothly and is the one who sorts things out if there are any hiccups.
Mike has over 20 years experience in web site usability, creation, and programming. He has served in various capacities to create and support great web sites for The Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary, eCornell, and Cornell University, among others.
He holds a masters in Cognitive Psychology, with an emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction.
