Tanya Havell – Workshops Coordinator

Tanya HavellTanya coordinates our online workshops and customer service.

She worked for 14 years at American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois before moving to Ithaca, NY in 2005 to raise her family.

She served as director of foundation relations for 8 years, overseeing the statewide not-for-profit’s $250,000 annual foundation fundraising efforts. She also served as the ACLU of Illinois membership director, managing a statewide membership of more than 23,000.

Tanya also currently serves as the volunteer calendar coordinator for Northern Light Learning Center, an Ithaca homeschool cooperative.

Jenifer Lindblad – Consulting Coordinator

Jenifer Lindblad

Jenifer manages customer service and keeps projects organized for our individual consulting clients. She helps clients with everything from contracts, billing, and setting up appointments.

She has more than 20 years experience as an administrative assistant, as well as public relations, marketing, event coordinating, project planning, and account management.

Jenifer also runs her own Christian life-coaching business, Joyful
Discoveries. She works with youth and women, has written articles and
testimonials for her business, and is currently writing an e-book.

Jenifer is a member of the executive Board of Directors for The Advocacy Center, vice president for the Spencer-Van Etten Booster Club, and volunteers in her local church and schools.

Angee Robertson – Online Systems Coordinator

Angee RobertsonAngee is The Analysis Factor’s tech guru. She manages our many web sites, our newsletter, our Craft of Statistical Analysis Webinars, and the technical aspects of our online workshops.

Angee is a graduate of AssistU virtual assistance training program and principle of Freedom2Focus, products and services to help small business owners face the challenges of maintaining a service based business.

Angee has ten years of experience in the administrative and customer service areas. She has provided support in areas such as contact management, client follow-up, on-line registration, desktop publishing, e-zine development and web site design/maintenance just to name a few.
