Quick Question Consultations
When you are stuck on one issue, or even a few, a single consultation can be all it takes to get you unstuck.
The quick question is popular for clarifying a reviewer’s comments, preparing for a presentation or committee meeting, or just dealing with strange data or a new methodology.
What you get
1. A single 60-minute consultation in which you can ask your most pressing statistical questions. Quick Question Consultations are in the form of web meetings.
Our web meeting capabilities allow you and your consultant to talk over the phone or through computer speaker/mics, while viewing one of your computer screens. We can switch whose screen is visible and even draw on or take control of the mouse on each other’s screens.
2. Web Meeting Recordings: These meetings are recorded (with screenshot video) for you to download and review as many times as you like.
How it works
Step 1: Download a copy of our Quick Consulting Questionnaire. Fill out the questionnaire and email it back to us (the email address is on the questionnaire). We’ll look it over and verify which of our consultants can help you.
Step 2: Using the button below and our secure shopping cart, pay for the consultation. Once you have purchased your consultation, you will have one year from the date of purchase to use your time. There are no refunds given for unused hours, though we’re happy to issue refunds if it turns out we can’t answer your questions.
Step 3: You will get an email with instructions on how to set up an appointment and join the web meeting. We can usually make appointments within a week of a request, and often sooner. It’s that simple!
If you have any questions about availability, topics we cover, or how we work, please do not hesitate to ask. You can call us at our toll-free number 877-272-8096 or fill out our contact form.
