Our Core Values

We do things a little be differently around here. It all comes down to why we’re here, based on how much we value the following:

Learning

There is always more to learn no matter where you are in your career.  We are both learners and teachers at heart.

Access for the people who need it most

We care about serving the under-served individual researcher through programs that no one else is doing. We strive to keep our services cost-effective, understandable, approachable, and available when and where they are needed.

Practical Excellence

Theory is important, but we focus on the practical steps, understanding, and skills to get things done and done well. We understand the real pressures and real challenges to getting good work done.

Conscientiousness

Data analysis needs to be done well and with integrity in order for research to be useful. So do our programs. We take the details seriously and strive to do it the best we can, not the quickest or easiest way.

Focused Work with Life Balance

We love our work and we do it conscientiously, but great work requires great lives. When we’re here, we focus and work hard, once we leave, we pay full attention to the rest of our lives.

Financial Responsibility

We are conscientious stewards of our employees’ welfare, our clients’ resources, and the long-term financial stability of the company.
