Our Support Team

Jeremiah Cotman

Client Engagement and Communications Coordinator

Jeremiah is our customer advocate. He runs our consulting services and makes thing runs smoothly for our members and workshop participants via engagement and support.

Jeremiah joined the team in 2018 and has a degree in English Literature from The Ohio State University. His background includes copywriting, communications, member engagement, facility and operations management, and application of the scientific process to entrepreneurship. He works for an ideal future that will not be manifested in our lifetime.

Kerry Demarest

Office Manager, Accounting and HR

Kerry manages the office and handles some of the nuts and bolts of running our business. These include: human resources, accounting/bookkeeping, and maintenance of our systems, policies and procedures.

Kerry has been managing small businesses and helping local companies since graduating from Ithaca College in 2002 with a B.A. in Sociology.

Mike Grace-Martin

Customer Support and Tech Guru

Mike is the person who makes everything work behind the scenes. He also keeps all of our websites, videos, and platforms running smoothly.

Mike has over 20 years experience in website usability, creation, and programming. He has served in various capacities to create and support great web sites for The Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary, eCornell, and Cornell University, among others.

He holds a masters in Cognitive Psychology, with an emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction.

Michael Hollenbeck

Online Programs Coordinator

Mike is the mastermind behind the running of all our online programs. He is in charge of planning and coordinating with instructors on timelines, setting up webinars and program websites, and getting you all your training materials when and where you need it.

Mike joined The Analysis Factor  in 2017.  He has a Communication degree from Cornell University and has worked as a software developer, web designer, and multimedia specialist since 2000.  He also holds certification in e-Learning Instructional Design and has produced hundreds of online webinars and training seminars.
